Was able to get full body relief from extremely tense muscles via deep tissue massage. Been dealing with a disc herniation/degeneration for 3 years now and decided to take a chance on this as a stopgap to surgery. Was suggested to follow-up with wedge pillow to elevate lower legs and partial inversion therapy to provide extra relief on lower back.
